I ended up getting this soup and then having a sore throat the next day. The soup did a brilliant job of helping me recover from the sore throat! The taste is intensely peppery but really good on palate. It wasn't heavy as I had assumed; was light and healthy.

The natural sweetness is so good! It pairs well with cheese, crackers, and even as a topping for desserts.

First, I never knew about Simplify, then I never knew they had the Cashew and Moringa Soup (besides the other soups). It was raining here in Bangalore, wet monsoon weather, the ordered soup arrived, and the rest is history. I'm hooked to the Cashew and Moringa Soup and the Mushroom and Pepper Soup. Yet to explore the others.

Loved the curried pumpkin soup. Wasn’t too runny and it felt like having it made from home. It’s perfect for those days you just feel like a warm bowl of soup and it’s just a bog bowl and hot water away from you
