Refund policy

Refunds from Simplify Foods are on a case-to-case basis. Depending on the nature of the query, once validated by our customer care executive over call or email, the necessary refund will be processed if applicable. 

Please note that refunds will only be applicable to queries related to damages, or any other specific issues with the quality of the product(s).

Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to you within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
