Returns and Cancellation Policy

ReturnsOnce you’ve ordered from Simplifyfoods.com, the products are yours to keep. We do not take up returns due to operational reasons. 


Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before the products have been dispatched by writing to us HERE. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 days to the original mode of payment. Please note: for orders placed before 1PM on business days, we typically dispatch on the same day. For orders placed after 1PM on business days, we dispatch on the next day at 1PM so please let us know at the earliest! In case of cancellations post dispatch, the shipping charges will not be refunded. 


Exchanges: In case of any damages to the products received, please share the details of the damage with photos if possible within 7 days of receipt so we can investigate what went wrong and how we can fix it for the future. Of course, we will replace the damaged products to you for free right away upon confirmation with our Customer Care team. In case of any other reasons for an exchange, please write to us and we’d be happy to address it for you!

We request that you reach out to us with any queries related to the above within 30 days of the order date, and we would be unable to entertain any requests beyond that date. Thank you for your understanding and support!
